The staff was very polite and welcoming. The accommodation was well-appointed and fairly clean. The location was unbeatable, right next to the town center. Plus, Domino's Pizza was just a 5-minute walk away. the stay was enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Costa Brava. The room was comfortable with a nice bed and good shower. The hotel provided a free lift to the airport, which was convenient. We also appreciated the free water fountain to refill our bottles. The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The internet was fast and consistent, the best we've experienced during our trip in the Philippines. The food at the hotel was excellent, and we will definitely stay here again. we rate our experience at Costa Brava a perfect 10 out of 10.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and attentive. They made sure that all my needs were taken care of and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The basic amenities provided in the room were satisfactory, such as the towels and toiletries.

The hotel could improve on the hot water situation in the rooms. During my stay, there seemed to be no hot water available, resulting in very cold showers.

The room was neat and offered a bidet, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. Its staff was pleasant and welcoming. Was a superb base for trip.

We truly enjoyed the stay, it was a very relaxing experience. Came in Tacloban to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was a fabulous base for doing it. The location of this venue, a short walk to the airport and with family as well as restaurants nearby, was favorable and perfect.
